Thank you so much for recommending Sold! Direct Marketing fort he Real Estate Pro. I've written many books before, and this one has been amazing, because people are telling me it gets them results. How great is that?

Hi Lois,
Thanks for all the wonderful advice. I recommend your book to everyone I know who is interested in internet marketing. As the "goddess of the mailings" at my office, I have been trying to figure out how to transition to internet marketing. Yes, the Corcoran Group website is great but... I send out an email newsletter to everyone whom I get an email address from. They are almost all potential buyers as they leave their email addresses with internet inquiries or at open houses. I'm stuck on how to get the email addresses of people in the buildings I mail to. I'm REALLY VERY GOOD at my direct mail (the majority of listings are from that) but I'm stuck. Any advice?
