I guess you take the garment back to the cleaner and they negotiate a price with you, based on your sales receipt. They ar ecovered by insurance.
I never do that. I don&#039;t like the confrontation and just silently defect...never come back at all. I sent your comment to the President of the National Cleaner&#039;s Association, Nora Nealis to hear what she has to say on this matter.</description>

		<description>Hello ... I can relate to your posting about the dry cleaners shrinking your suit. I had my suit dry cleaned before a job interview and could barley squeeze into it the day of the interview. I had worn to suit the previous week 3 times and it was nice and loose on me. What can I do?

As someone who had been in business for nearly 26 years before starting to Brand my Business and start Marketing that Brand, I can attest taht it works.  As you know we closed our doors in June of 2008 and have run our Business with our New Brand &amp; Website since then.  We couldn&#039;t have done it without you.

Our new store will be opening next month and we are very excited.

Thanks for all your help and expertise.  I&#039;ve heard more about Facebook and Twitter since returning from the Bahamas and am excited about getting into these types of Sociial Media.  It&#039;s a whole new world out there.  To keep your business afloat nowadays you gotta be in it and with it.
